Open to: Grades: 12, 11 Credits: 16 Terms: Full Year This program is centered on the food service industry. Skills needed to gain employment in hospitality and food service businesses are taught.
Competencies in sanitation, safety, menu planning, cooking methods, identification of meats and poultry, restaurant planning, customer service and teamwork are emphasized.
Students work in the dining room and kitchen of the apprentice restaurant (The Hideaway). Required:Career Center Application
