Digital Electronics

Credits: 4 Credits

Terms: Fall Semester

This course teaches digital theory and digital electronic devices including: Logic gates, Integrated Circuit chips, Flip-Flops, Binary counters, Analog to Digital converters, and Display Decoder/Drivers.

Students will apply knowledge gained throughout the semester in labs and a capstone project where students design and build their own decoder. Electronic circuit computer aided design software is utilized to promote further understanding of the subject matter.
