Open to: Grades: 12, 11, 10 Credits: 4 Terms: Fall/Spring This course is an introduction to many banking services and functions, including loans, investments, and trust operations. Topics include money and interest, the Federal Reserve System, deposits, loans, negotiable instruments, mortgages, banking services, security, ethics, customer service skills, and other business related skills.

All students who work in the Career Center Branch Bank of the Brattleboro Savings and Loan are subject to a criminal background check. Being scheduled to work in the bank is based upon the successful results of these checks.
