Hello and welcome. We are so glad to have you here; you belong. We, Kim and Bill, created this online forum to continue the conversation around equity, diversity, and inclusion assessment in Career and Technical Education Centers near and far.  As of this writing, December 4, 2023, we have no formal rules or guidelines but believe this should be a place of sharing, decorum, and respect.  As you may already know, this is an invitation-only forum, if you have friends or colleagues interested in joining, please share our emails with them:  kfreeman@wsesdvt.org and wsevigny@wsesdvt.org. We envision this forum to be a place where we can share ideas, conversation, and support as we each examine our centers through the lens of EDI.   We will end as we began; we are so glad to have you here and are looking forward to the journey ahead.
